Replacing your roof is a large undertaking, and it is important that our clients feel well informed. We’ve answered many of our commonly asked questions below. If there is anything we’ve missed please contact us.

Commonly Asked Questions:

Is Western Roof Renew insured? Yes, we carry WCB insurance that covers all our employees while they are providing any type of service for us on your property as well as liability insurance. Verification is available upon request by any of our clients.

Do you offer a warranty? Yes, we offer a standard 5 year workmanship warranty but are willing to extend it to 10 years if a client requests. All materials are subject to manufacturer’s warranties.

How do I receive my warranty? Upon completion of your project and with our receipt of your final payment, a warranty document will be presented to you with all the required information filled out for you. All you need to do is put it somewhere safe!

How long have you been in business?  The company is run by a team of professionals with over 40 years combined experience in the construction industry with many resources to call on to ensure that you are provided with the best possible roof system to fit your needs and protect your home.
